Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   This competition is open to Australian residents only aged 18 and older. Employees of Garden Master Products, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Period
   The competition opens on June 1^st 2025 at 12am & ends midnight 31^st July 2025. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must email a photo or photos of an old Garden Master shed/product with label clearing showing, advise what suburb it is located at and what year it was manufactured. One entry per house hold. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person unless otherwise specified.

4. Prize
   The winner will receive a cash prize of $500. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected by the Director of Garden Master Products on Friday 1st August 2025. The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of competition completion. If the winner does not respond with 5 days, a new winner will be selected.

6. Publicity and Use of Entries
   By entering, participants agree to use of their photos for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Data Protection
   Personal information provided will be used solely for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Disqualification
   The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Fraudulent entries or tampering with the entry process will result in disqualification.
9. Liability
   The organizer is not responsible for any technical failures, entry errors, or other issues beyond their control. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participating in the competition or by accepting the prize.
10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of both federal and state authorities, ensuring a comprehensive regulatory framework.
